My homemade recipe of garlic bread made out of left-over pandesals.
Homemade Garlic Bread (made from Pandesal)
Ingredients:
- Pandesal
- Butter
- Parsley Leaves
- 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
Procedure:
- Microwave first the butter until softened. Then combine butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Cut pandesal into 3-4 slices.
- Brush pandesal liberally with the combined garlic oil.
- Toast pandesal slices until the edges become golden brown.
- Serve hot. You may add cheese if you want (optional).
