Ingredients:
- San Marino Canned Tuna (can be any brand of canned tuna)
- 1 medium-sized carrot
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 Egg
- Spring onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Minced onion
- Garlic Powder
- Lumpia wrapper
- Oil (for frying)
Procedure:
- Slice the vegetables and mix everything with the canned tuna.
- Beat the egg and mix it with the other ingredients.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Also put 1tsp each of minced onion and garlic powder.
- Roll the mixed ingredients into the lumpia wrapper. Slightly wet the edge to properly close the wrapper.
- Fry the tuna lumpia in a medium to high heat until golden brown.
