Ingredients:
  • San Marino Canned Tuna (can be any brand of canned tuna)
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 Egg
  • Spring onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Minced onion
  • Garlic Powder
  • Lumpia wrapper
  • Oil (for frying)

Procedure:
  1. Slice the vegetables and mix everything with the canned tuna. 
  2. Beat the egg and mix it with the other ingredients. 
  3. Salt and pepper to taste. Also put 1tsp each of minced onion and garlic powder. 
  4. Roll the mixed ingredients into the lumpia wrapper. Slightly wet the edge to properly close the wrapper. 
  5. Fry the tuna lumpia in a medium to high heat until golden brown.
